FRIDAY FUN CENTERS

 FRIDAY FUN CENTERS

All-Star Club

happy cartoon starshappy cartoon starshappy cartoon starshappy cartoon stars

Every Friday you will participate in Friday Fun Centers providing you have all of your homework for the week completed. You will be assigned to a group (listed below), and together as a team, your group will search the challenges below. As you find the information you will record it in your All-Star Log Book. You will be given 30 minutes to complete one activity from each of the categories listed below. Part of the time will be used to "study" the information you have researched and be ready for an oral or written quiz over each challenge completed. Each group will be assigned a captain. The captain will be quizzed by Mrs. Mousel or Mrs. Burke and then the captain is responsible for quizzing the other team members. Each correct challenge earns you an All-Star Club star. You can become a 1 star member all the way up to a 100 star member.  Once you have earned 25 stars, you will become a permanent member of the Academic All-Star Club Hall of Fame.  You must score a 90% or above on the quizzes in order to earn a star and complete the challenge.
