About Mr. Graves

Hi! Welcome to my website.  I am currently involved in many aspects of education at Cambridge.  I teach weights, JH math and science.  I will be coaching football, basketball, and track this year as well. 

This is my sixth year of teaching.  This is my fourth year in Cambridge. I spent two years teaching 5th and 6th graders in Minnesota.  I have taught a variety of subjects including science, reading, writing and math.

This past summer I was married to Suzanne (Stanton) who teaches in the Southern Valley School District.  We live in Cambridge and enjoy attending sporting events together and hanging out with friends and family when we can.

I am a graduate of Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota, where I majored in Elementary Education and recieved a minor in coaching.  My parents reside in Volga, South Dakota.  I am the oldest of three children.  My sister, Traci, and her husband, Travis, live in Volga, where she works at Wells Fargo and he works as a design engineer.  My sister Erika is a senior at UNK and majoring in exercise physiology.  She lives in Minden with her husband, Ryan and daughter, Shaylee.
